There is Power in the Group!
You will be part of a group that attends weekly sessions over a 16 week period.
Each week is devoted to a two-part group process. One segment dealing with underlying issues and causes of weight difficulties. Using a cognitive behavioral approach you will acquire a variety of psychological tools to maximize your success and avoid historical pitfalls.
The other segment will be devoted to acquiring practical culinary tools to develop skills and apply them in everyday life. Specific attention is given to individual weight management goals as related to the nutritive properties of whole foods, ingredient selection, personalized pantry construction, and recipe development.
These two-part sessions will be fun, practical, visual, and participative.
The goal is for you to take away personalized mechanisms and procedures to confidently succeed SOLO!
